I very much enjoyed the programmes. Does anyone know Castor et Pollux CD with the libretto?

A new CD: this looks interesting.
Gramophone-Award-winning harpsichordist Mahan Esfahani has recorded Rameau’s Pièces de clavecin in the historic setting of the Music Room at Hatchlands Park in Surrey.

Thanks for flagging this up, ds. Any new recording of the pièces de claveçin is always welcome for me.

My very favourite recording of Castor and Pollux is this one:

..but though it contains the libretto, as you can see, it is now very expensive. In terms of sheer beauty of sound, it wins hands down for me over Christie, Harnoncourt etc.
