                      Thanks for the steer to this disc bbm: I've ordered a copy. I heard the Respighi live, under Slatkin (IIRC), at a prom a few years ago - absolutely stunning. And I get the Elgar C minor P&F (not that I really need another version) and several I don't know, inc. the Schoenberg

                          I've got his CBSO one and I think I'll stick with that till I'm very, very rich and have a house big enough for all the CDs I've got already, plus all the ones I want! And then there's finding time to listen to them all

                          Though I'm within 5 yrs of retiring...but then Mrs LMP will probably say we need a smaller house
