EDIT: Just having typed that it suddenly sprang into life and has been fine ever since! Now watching...
I wanted to watch the live concert last night but initially all I kept getting was their pentagon icon whirling around and then got a connection showing their video which they always show. This was about ten minutes before 7pm. Access to their archive concerts was alright and so I tried the live relay again but only got that video introduction and so gave up.

It was just at that time, 18.50, that I, too, got the whirling icon and the usual video kept freezing in the same place every time. It then had to reconnect several times then went off altogether with a silly message saying:' the video is unavailable' - but sound was coming through ok! For some reason, I clicked ok on my remote control and the whole thing suddenly sprang to life and stayed that way.

The content on the DCH is fantastic but the numerous technical issues surrounding it really do spoil the experience and need investigation. Getting angry and frustrated is not the best pre-concert mood to be in. Having shelled out the equivalent of £10 for a duff experience only heightens the blood pressure even further.
