      I have just ordered the CD/DVD - I think. It's paid for..
It is not available for the moment at Amazon. That doesn't bother me as I can wait, but THIS does:

"The MPS version of your Auto-Rip eligible album will be added to your Cloud Player library for free."
I have not the faintest notion what this language is saying - not a single word in this context.

      Look, do I get a disc or don't I?

        You do!!

Others will, I hope, explain the Cloud reference.

          I feel somewhat responsible. I ordered half-a-dozen

... and they arrived promptly - 5 instant problem-solving gifts for rabbit's friends and relations, and one for rabbit
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
          Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

If you go to the amazon.co.uk site you should see an option in the top middle right of your screen to access "Your Account". Hover your cursor over that and a drop-down menu should appear which included an item "Your Cloud Player". Select that and mp3 versions of your CD purchases make directly form amazon.co.uk should be available there for you to either listen to or download as is your wont. There is a help system there if yo care to search it out.

Thanks Bryn. It's all to me now.

Caliban, I can see you feel bad about your part in this.
              And so you should!

It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
