I am currently listening to a CD of music by two Composers who died very young from TB: Arriaga (Symphony in D) and Vorisek (also in D, and like the Hapsburg Empire, I regret that I cannot write diacritics). An excellent disc by Mackerras and the Scottish Chamber Orchestra

Glenn Gould - no words necessary.
They really broke the mould. Still a hero for me. The world could do with alex right now.
Incidentally, we used to have a bloke called simply Beef oven round here.
Hope you arent as bonkers as he was.
Great coincidence.I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
I am not a number, I am a free man.

If I'd heard John Lennon had died
And the two of us went to this bar
And we stayed to close the place
And every song we played
Was for the Late Great Johnny Ace.......
And welcome back Beefie - well said re Mr. Gould.....

What's up, Beefy? You're in and out like a dog at a fair! (as my Granny also used to say!)
"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."
