    If this woirks, then why havnt other ensembles gone in this direction. i know of a pu that plays classical music rather than the hum drum of popular.

        I thought one of the characteristics of being young was that you challenged fuddy-duddy ideas. I recall going to Royal Opera House in the '70s in my pullover & jeans and after the initial shock of finding myself in Moss Bros Central I rather enjoyed it

        Having pretty weird hearing and using digi-aids I find the proposed idea rather difficult to cope with. Let's just say I'd rather listen to late-night chamber music at home
