Technically called a 'camera phone', I believe. Unless, of course, your mobile phone doesn't have a camera. In which case you would be in the clear
It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

I have just got off the dog.

My lawyer says that the technical name for my mobile 'phone is 'mobile 'phone'. He says Americans call them Cell 'phones (but they get lots of things wrong).

He says my other 'phone is a 'smart Phone'. In either case, they are not cameras. Even a camera phone isn't a camera, he said.

Why are classical gigs so stuffy?

Another bit of free legal advice: Sexual Offences Act 2003 section 69.

              Two years, Beefy, two years...

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
              Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

I am amazed that there are lawyers working at this time of day, 6 hours after they usually pack up for the day. (or have someonebody pack up for them).
I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

I am not a number, I am a free man.

How very dare you suggest such a thing.

Everyone knows 'dog and bone' is Cockney rhyming slang for 'phone.

I am a very clean living man with perfect eye-sight.

And that, M'Lord, concludes the case for the defence.
