      I know - and have said that I know and I accordingly questioned why there are now two threads ostensibly devoted to pretty much the same subject!

          Ok, I give in This thread abandoned and Britten and his music can still be discussed here.
          It isn't given us to know those rare moments when people are wide open and the lightest touch can wither or heal. A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.
