One of the reasons that I don't go to the gym is that I could never decide what music to listen to ...

It's treadmills that amuse me. Why run indoors, where it's hot and stuffy and with no change of scenery, when you can do so outside and breath fresh(ish) air?I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

Well I'm just back from 70mins of physical & musical torture in the gym. Though as I mentioned earlier the manufactured pop stuff just merges in to a background mush and I think I've now become virtually immune to it all. Probably I would imagine because I concentrate on my work out so much trying to just get through it!
