Panufnik composing scheme

I was looking for recordings of Andrzej Panufnik's work - so this was rather a surprise. Has anyone been following any of the composers involved in the projects over the last few years?

I've heard a couple of works by a couple of the composers, but not sure whether they were connected to this particular scheme though, but they sounded pretty anonymous to me, like the majority of current younger contemporary composers I'm afraid. Mind you I don't have anything particularly positive to say about their mentor's Colin Matthews either. Certainly nothing to live up to the fascinating and original works of Andrzej Panufnik himself.
