First time I saw Dire Straits was on this show with the Police also appearing in Feb 1979. May have been their first TV appearance.
Other than a few nice tunes, I have to say that they are not for me.I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.

It isn’t hard to avoid those threads you don’t have an interest in.
