    Finding out-of-print music

Does anyone have a way of tracking down out-of-print music, or of finding a site for secondhand sheet music?

I need to find a fairly simple piano duet (4 hands, one piano) called Hill Billy. It was composed by Stephen Dodgson, and I think...but am not sure...it was published by Curwen. It's a fun piece, and I want to find it for a very young and very talented 7-year-old daughter of a friend of mine. If anyone has a copy of the piece, or who knows how I might track it down, please send me a PM. Thanks in advance!

Number 5 of "Tournament for Twenty Fingers Part 1", in preview here: http://www.stephendodgson.com/wp-con...52-preview.pdf. Scroll down until you get the title. Only a single page is offered in the preview. The pubisher is given as "Stephen Dodgson Charitable Trust 1952". It might be worth trying to contact the pianists here: https://www.pinnermusicfestival.co.u...no-duo-131.php who may still have the music.

Thanks for the link.I’ve a selection of twenties /thirties sheet music which I’m now bitterly regretting thinning out a few years back having seen some of the prices.

Through starting on the process of becoming a volunteer for the local Oxfam books and music shop, I have discovered that (previously unknown to me) Oxfam has an online sales faciltity. For obvious reasons, only higher value items get put online, and it's down to individual shops whether they do so and with what. But I pass this on as of possible interest to others here.

I’ll log that one EA - annoying when pieces are elusive!

Thanks Bryn. I've emailed them. I also saw the single page of m/s that you mentioned.
