            Buena Vista Social Club: Chan Chan

            I was the only customer in a tiny Greek island cafe two years ago. The cook-proprietor-waiter put the CD on, and when he appeared with my food I said that this track always makes me feel good. He replied 'I think everywhere in the world, this music makes people feel good!'

                Got to be ‘In these shoes’. ‘Days’ is the saddest of hers reflecting her tragic death.
