It's been a while since I posted regularly here, and I've been wondering how to get back 'in the swing' of it. But in the meanwhile I thought I'd share what I've been doing since March when the world went crazy.*
I thought I'd build up the YouTube videos of my music. It's been quite fun to do, and very revealing. I'd already made a few videos and posted them on the R3 Forum, but I've now done many more. And I'm using NotePerformer3, which gives much-improved sound. (I have explained in the past that, although I do have quite a few live performances, I don't like to use these for a variety of reasons, but mostly because I can't ask permission of players easily anymore.) So these are all computerised unless indicated otherwise.
The Covid-19 affected my prospects, too, for I had two possibilities for performances this year (amateur, by good groups) which will probably never happen now.
Still, there might be something here you'll enjoy. They've been fun to make at least. I'll add a few more as well.
