is there a musical term (maybe a phrase) for the silence the ensues when one has turned off a BBC Proms trailer before it has got going?

A ‘deliberate’? I am also waiting for Radio Cornwall to fulfil the promise of playing me the music I love!

That chimes with my other thought: something like Extra-sensory Proms Trailer Perception?

That feeling of foreboding, whilst we are targeted as the cardboard cutouts in the Covid virtual audience of past performances!

It basically involves switching off the radio immediately the music has ended.

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
                Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

                      4’33”?
The trailer might not last that long, but it probably feels like it does.
