Have only read the first paragraph but the article looks interesting.
I have only scanned it as I wait in the supermarket queue. Interesting, yes, but irrelevant in my case. I do not use streaming services often, but when I do choose to stream the music I want to listen to, not some vacuous playlist offered by the provider.
