[Good to see that despite Neil Innes's reluctance to see RWT released on DVD, at least three episodes can be found on YouTube.]

A very talented musician - created much of the music in the Bonzos - and behind all the tomfoolery there was a lot, and the plagiarism of the Beatles songs with the Rutles. RIP Neil

I used to skip over most of Innes's contributions to the Bonzos, much preferring Stanshall's inspired lunacy, but he grew on me over the years and now I appreciate the contrast. He did a short tour with The Rutles last year and now I wish I'd seen him.

              Neil Innes dead

As someone who has had so much delight in many of the exploits of Neil Innes since my teens - the Bonzos, The Ruttles, Python and more - I am very sad to see the death of the great man announced . RIP. Thanks for all the laughs.

There was I blaming Bbm’s last typo (possibly) of 2019.
