    Yes indeed, a unique creative musician. His shows at Riverside Studios in (I think) 1981 were unforgettable (and not just because the one I saw was probably the loudest music I've ever heard); I saw him most recently in NYC about three years ago which was maybe a little tame in comparison but there's nothing else quite like it.

      Very sad news. His music( well what I have heard) is really unmistakeable.

      I wonder if he ever gets played on places like 6 music ? Exactly the sort of thing they ought to be playing.

          You could say that!!! I suppose one has to have respect for the originality, though I wonder how many other tinnitus sufferers out there would concur.
