      This even happened in the 1960s. Tchaikovsky's 2nd Symphony featured in the Morning Concert at 7.00 a.m., and was then played again (live) in the evening concert, though the latter may have been on Radio 4/Home Service.

              According to Radio Times it was also billed on one of these days as being played in full on, ahem, Classic FM. So yes, good things can come in threes.
