Indeed. What has become of it. I have the old CD version but held back when the remastered edition was released. It was priced at about double the standard CD cost and I was somewhat boracic at the time. Kicking myself now,

I was going to ask you why you are looking for a download of it. The original CD is perfectly fine (in fact excellent, IMO). The LP was the same. I was not even stirred when I heard about a remastered version. If there is one album that stands above all the new fangled iterations, surely it's TMR?

The whole of the Warner CD is on Youtube in pretty decent audio, but I would like to hear what the Zappa crew have done with it (plus the extra stuff).

I've never fussed over that, but I may indulge this time around.

For me, the thing about TMR is that I just loved it first time 'round (for me early 1973), it just clicked and all I need to do is just play the album - and that's it.

It wains a bit towards the end (I always felt this) and editing therefore wouldn't be a total crime.

Nowt wrong with being a late adopter. I got it in late '69, thanks to the strong enthusiasm from fellow Scratch Orchestra member Stefan Szczelkun for Electricity on Safe as Milk (mono mix, of course). I was hooked on first hearing and searched out what I could find by the Don, striaght away, (no major pecuniary problems at that time).
