I've seen the clip with the absent Horns, but can't remember anything else. I loved the way he worked with the choir (the women looked as if they adored him - and looked most downhearted when they thought they'd let him down) and the soloists; and that "Tempo!! What's the matter with you?!" to the accompanist, who was later rewarded with his own applause and the "Happy Birthday" hug.
