Livia Rev can certainly hold her own against Uchida, imho.
Intrigued to see from Alpie's list compiled for the forthcoming BaL that there's recording of a live performance by Soulima Stravinsky; it's lined up for later.
    I have Uchida’s. Amazing album.

                  Ravel, Piano trio.

I'm just transcribing an old notebook of a holiday in Spain, France and Switzerland in 2006. While staying a few days in Strasbourg, I got a ticket for a Sunday concert: Anne Gastinel and Friends (the other two being M-A Hamelin and Marianne Thorson). This was the first time I had heard the work.

I'm just reading (in Roger Nichols' book on Ravel) about the composition of this, which was completed round about the time that WWI was declared (August 1914).
It is dedicated to André Gedalge, Ravel's counterpoint teacher.

Prompted by your mention of "transcribing", Ravel: Piano Trio, transcribed for orchestra, Yan Pascal Tortelier (Ulster Orchestra).

From Strasbourg, moved on to Basel, and then Luzern where:

YouTube, Concertgebouworkest: Beethoven, Septet Op 20 (in an empty hall last Nov). I was lucky enough to catch the Scharoun Ensemble (Berliner Philharmoniker) in Luzern.

["I can't believe that after paying 48 Sfr for the opera yesterday, I paid 70 SFr for this concert. I keep getting my -zehns and -zigs mixed up."

Martinskirche, Chur, Switzerland, Saturday 13 May, 2006:

                                R. Schumann, Faust oratorio.

Youtube version: Boston Symphony, conducted Erich Leinsdorf, cast headed by Hermann Prey and Beverly Sills (no, not the performers in Chur !).
