Isn't it just that it would be strange to have EU orchestras based outside the EU - especially given the likely problems with freedom of movement?

I'd say the uncertainties or possible problems, but that could be seen as quibbling.

Why not mention the funding though? it is surely relevant? perhaps the UK government could help in some way. It isn't much money, after all.
