    About 100,000 scores by the Austrian-American composer have been lost in the Pacific Palisade fires.

      Reading this I happen to be listening to WDR 3's broadcast of Sir Simon Rattle conducting Gurrelieder from the Isarphilharmonie, Munich, in pretty stunning sound, typical of this station.
