Isn't Debbie Wiseman's piece for Lucy simply a version of a well known piece by Handel? BBC R4 World at One?
Handel - Wiseman??

Yes, at least two Handel arias sound like that, but it's so simple (as Debbie Wiseman repeatedly said), consisting of a repeated sequence of the most basic chords , that it could be by anyone (Purcell's Chacony and the famous la Folia also spring to mind) that it's not really justifiable to say that she 'composed ' it any more than anyone could claim to compose the scale of C major. . But I doubt of anyone on The World at One knows enough to understand this.
