            I used to like Andrew Green best of all and the cd review programmes such as Building a Library were the presenters made me want to explore the music. It was essential for buying cds for my Mum's birthday.

            I think PT has the opposite effect and puts you off. He sounds too much like Jacob Rees Mogg. I stopped listening when he started doing breakfast. Not a voice you want to hear driving to work. Much prefer Nick Robinson on Radio 4 who is suitably aggressive for my trip up the A34 each morning.

            I understand why the Manc accent is unpopular as it is marked by high camp at one extreme and Gallacher-esque boorishness at the other. Funny too to have Salford become Salford 'Keys' to give it an air of Chandleresque menace
