I've been using (checking the daily download deal) which is still working - new deal today.....
Download Classical Music in lossless High Resolution FLAC & MP3 formats, and learn about Classical Music. Refund Policy, No DRM protection and pricing is per second.

But I suppose that site might not be working for much longer....

Quite possible - I suspect there is a lot going on behind the scenes which BIS & Apple are currently keeping very close to their chests. My main concern is what the future is for CD/SACD releases.

A more-than-slightly-cynical take on Apple's purchase of BIS, from Ted Gioia:

The key is the "Theory # 2", where TG conspiracy-theorizes:

"* The company plans to buy up the rights to music so it doesn’t have to pay royalties to labels.
It will use every trick it knows to substitute the tracks it owns for competitive offerings.
The goal is to boost profits while reducing its cash expenditures for music—even if it lessens the quality of its offering."
Or, in a concrete hypothetical example:

"....how many music fans searching for Beethoven or Mozart on streaming are picky about conductors and orchestras? If the first search results are the Minnesota Orchestra are they really going to dig deeper to find the Berlin Philharmonic?"
