                Lots of goodies already mentioned above.

                Favourites I can actually remember liking at the time (primary school age):

                Elvis - Hound Dog,
                Lonnie Donegan - Cumberland Gap
                Last Train to San Fernando - sung by ?? (not really rock 'n' roll but I sang it all the time)
                Freight Train- sung by ??
                Buddy Holly - Peggy Sue
