"Jesu joy" as you've never heard/ seen it?

Since you ask, on egg-powered long-distance xylophone: http://www.youtube.com/embed/C_CDLBTJD4M
I keep hitting the Escape key, but I'm still here!

I am speechless. All that effort...

But the sound is too clear and I suspect it is dubbed on.
    Pacta sunt servanda !!!

I'd wondered about that myself: on first viewing I wasn't convinced that the audio rhythm was always in synch with the visual one, though on second viewing it seemed better. Confess I hadn't thought about the number of mikes you'd need to record such a 'wide' instrument though.
Properly done, it could have been a classic on one of those old stereo demonstration discs though...

Yes - I want to believe, but I'm not sure I do. Brilliant video, though.

Unlike lots of these things I do think the sound of the xylobars we hear IS what was recorded
BUT I think it's obviously been produced and probably not done in one take
and had other things added to the ambience

I suppose if they'd used a real egg it could have become a smash hit.
