That threw me because we aren't due an upload from AoB until next week but yes,we can always post some Bach here every Friday anyway
    Great choice.
I have been listening to some of the Leipzig Chorales played by Bine Katrine Bryndorf

Thanks Rob. For once I listened beyond the stringy twang and I thought this harpsichord had a lovely mellowness. Perhaps the enthusiasm and good humour of the soloist influenced me this time, though I'm sure it had something to do with the skill of the builder, not to mention the combined input of Vivaldi and Bach, Super Group.

I really enjoyed this performance, and I was very glad to see the women singing their parts in the quartet. You might have noticed in the video a nice shot of the cello with the soprano and alto.

Those two harpsichords deserved more input from that marvellous string quintet, don't you think? I know - it was a keyboard show/duel, but the strings provided great backup when let.
    Spot on IMO Padraig

A marvellous piece, Rob, and the programme notes though learned were helpful.
