Thankyou ff, I'm off work for a few weeks, as I'm more spaced out than usual and have good days and bad, but being looked after by the local mental health team who have been very good.

Interesting that the Aldeburgh docs say the closing date was in January and the post was to 'start immediately'but the BBC press release says he will start in 'early September'. Doesn't want to miss his last Proms season, presumably. Could it have carried on without him?
