Will the post of Director of the Proms still be wrapped up in the Controller of R3, or will there be two new appointments, I wonder?

A moment too late and we can never reach them any more in this world.

Well, ff / SS, you’ve done it. You’ve kicked him out. Well done ().
Seriously, once the vice is removed, the blind opened, and the air let in, I hope everyone (or most people) at Radio3 will remember what they are there for.

I've been ill following a breakdown a few weeks ago, but this piece of news has at least cheered me up. The biggest disaster in R3's history is finally going, but I do fear that the immense damage his regime has done to the station is probably now beyond repair. I now also fear for Aldeburgh Music, I suppose there will be Dr Who Aldeburgh Proms, and Aldeburgh Festival of Film Music. Once the Aldeburgh Festival has been wrecked, I wonder what's next on his list?
