I've suggested this SACD before but the performances are pretty good - and the recording is what used to be described as, "demonstration quality":

Good article about these two though...
Lang Lang:"in Mozart, if you always play the same tempo..."
NH:"...he would scream and run away!"
Later they ponder doing Bartok together, or Gershwin... "But look at my diary", says NH. "One cannot conduct from the grave!"
Very amusing piece... I'm only in the market for these works (491/453), if... they get a REALLY distinctive reading... more eccentric the better!

The new box of Gluck operas reviewed on Saturday sounds rather good - I've got the recording of Orfeo, & a different recording (Minkowski) of Iphigenie en Tauride, but at £35 from a well-known on-line shop it seems quite a bargain.
The online reviewer goes on at great length about the packaging, & concludes that
Obviously the box stands out in an artistic sense. This means that Decca have put a lot of time into the design of this box set.
(apologies for the size of the image - it didn't look as big on A*****'s website)
