Just looking through my shelves and I see that I have a CD of highlights from the Dorati cycle, which gives a good taster of the set. I can't find it anywhere for sale on Amazon. It was obviously deleted a long time ago.

Is it perhaps the same as the BBC MM selection CD mentioned in post #7, or different?

Yes, that's the one, issued by Philips. I didn't know about the BBC Music Magazine one.
