I've just watched a performance of this work by Camerata Salzburg conducted by Lorenzo Viotti. Possibly not to the taste of those who prefer a historically informed approach, but I enjoyed it in my hysterically uninformed way

"...the isle is full of noises,
Sounds and sweet airs, that give delight and hurt not.
      Sometimes a thousand twangling instruments
Will hum about mine ears, and sometime voices..."

Broadcast yesterday morning on Sky Arts. The first half of the concert featured a young Armenian-born American called Sergey Khatchacharyan (that's an approximate spelling) playing the Beethoven Violin Concerto - 1st movement coming in at 29 minutes! As far as I can see, the Beethoven is available on YouTube - 'Beethoven Violin Concerto Salzburg Festival 2017' or words to that effect - but not the Schumann.
