Originally posted by Wolfram View PostI bought this Icon box primarily for the Mozart concertos and the Schumann, but it is full other treasures. I keep looking at her complete set of the Beethoven sonatas on Amazon - finger hovering over the buy button - but price and a little voice saying "Do you really need another set of the sonatas?" holds me back. That voice has been defeated in the past though - many times.
Listen to unlimited or download Ludwig van Beethoven: The Complete Piano Sonatas by Annie Fischer in Hi-Res quality on Qobuz. Subscription from £10.83/month.
No booklet pdf, however.

But now I really do think the likes Bavouzet and Fischer, and even Agerich with Dutoit, find more light and shade, more variety in the Bartok, and a vein of melancholy that eludes Anda.
