...Now 12 replies and no-one has identified any missing versions. This is really shocking, as I deliberately omitted two, not being certain of the performers.

If it's trivial nit-picking you want, the only thing I can see that is missing is the letter "i" on the end of Chiara Banchini - my only version and a serious front-runner I would have thought, unless like Barbi above you are allergic to counter-tenors.
PS I don't know the Sara Mingardo version but usually find her irresistible.

... a good start wd be the three vols with Sergio Azzolini and l'Aura Soave Cremona on the naive label - this will give you:
