That very disc, and the Hyperion recording of the Piano Concerto (coupled with the - really quite terrible - Korngold left-hander) were lent* to me by a friend only last month. It's lovely Music: sort-of Delius' Paris composed by a pupil of Strauss, it occurred to me. Really enjoyable.
Do we know what kind of instrument(s) she plays on? Here's an example - http://open.qobuz.com/album/4260036250978 - doesn't sound like a Steinway or Fazioli, but is it an instrument with any claims to "authenticity" - whatever that is nowadays?

Does look like a nice set.
... she plays on a Bösendorfer Imperial Grand - so no claims to authenticity.
Great offer. Just taken the plunge on this. The set should see me out.
This set was gobbled up by many of us in the forum 2/3 years ago for £12 from one of the European Amazons (France?). Can’t remember who found it and gave the heads-up.

A pity...
Indeed, but as I said it doesn't sound like one of the other models. The playing seems for the most part very good.
Are there any similar sets but performed on (arguably) more appropriate instruments?

Amazon Italy has the 26cd box of CPE Bach's complete piano works by Ana-Marija Markovina on Haenssler for €11.25 - works out at at £15.54 delivered. The ASIN is B00IGJP0Q6.

If you prefer the harpsichord I'd recommend Bob van Asperen's 3 CD set including the Prussian and Wuerttemberg Sonatas on Das Alte Werk - Teldec.
