Mandryka, I thought I was a bit of a maniac collector, and I do buy bargain boxes from time to time, but how do you find the time to listen to your collection? This year I am going to spend more time listening to what I already have rather than buy an extra version of A, B or C.
Incidentally I went into HMV in Oxford Street today, it was a slightly depressing experience. There are already big gaps in the shelves as they are presumably not re-stocking, and even though they are still having their sale, I followed my resolution and left empty handed.

Yes, HMV i looking very sorry for itself these days, as well it might. It will be VERY SAD if the flagship Oxford Street store closes, as I imagine we all have happy memories of it. I shall also miss the mirror above the escalator to the basement, which always gave me a flattering look.

Not my tipple but a great bargain (unless it is another of those pricing 'errors' which is then welched upon).
Erasmus van Rotterdam: In Praise of Folly. La Capella Reial de Catalunya & Hespèrion XXI, Jordi Savall, 6 SACDs - €11.71.
