Liszt - a very good selection with many highly recommendable recordings, mainly from new young artists.
Italian 20th Cent Piano Music - entirely new repertoire for me which I downloaded out of pure curiosity. Most appealing, such that I sought out Vol 2 which Presto don't seem to have. Amazon have it - only mp3 but good sound and well worth the £10 asking price. Not so bothered about Einaudi but otherwise very interesting contributions from Nino Rota, Busoni, Dallapiccola, Castelnuovo-Tedesco and some less well-known composers. MusicWeb review

Re those good-value Presto downloads, I got another couple with some off-the-beaten-track repertoire:
John Cage: Piano Music - interesting 3 disc selection, including a four-hand setting of Satie's Socrate (recently heard in its original vocal version with Barbara Hannigan on CotW) and a piano and cello piece.
Russian Orthodox Choral Music - a brand new reissue including good recordings of Tchaikovsky's Liturgy of St. John Chrysostom and Rachmaninov Vespers and some older Chant du Monde originals, including lesser-known composers, some of whom got slated by Tchaikovsky, who wrote to friend: "Bortniansky’s technique is childish, academic, and yet he is the only religious composer who had any technique at all. All those Vedels, Degtyarevs, etc. loved music in their own way, but they were grossly illiterate and have done harm to Russia by their works that a hundred years will not undo." - take it or leave it. Not only traditional fare, also 20th cent works, including Nikolai Karetnikov's 8 Spiritual Songs to the Memory of Boris Pasternak for male chorus.

Classics Select World has Brahms this week - https://www.classicselectworld.com/
I've had this before - and paid for it - but it's easier to download it again than copy the files across to our new machine!
Sometimes there is other material worth having on that site.

It was £5 last week but now £6 - -Amazon selling the studio Menuhin/Furtwangler /Philharmonia coupling of the Beethoven VC on Warner Original Jackets - it seems to be a newer remastering than my old EMI References CD from the late 1980s and has rather blown me away . Extraordinarily beautiful playing and conducting of the accompaniment that takes your breath away - highly recommended.
