Did anyone sort out the re-downloading of the complete Myaskovsky Symphonies we discussed a few weeks ago - I just wondered if they'd fixed the problem?

Latest update - I emailed 7Digital today - no joy with the Myaskovsky Symphonies - but after explaining they’d not provided the set for me - it appears that Alto not supplying to them - as it was a while since the original transaction, would not be able to give me a refund but could give me downloads to the value and I now have the Jurowski Mahler 4 and Rach Sym Dances and Isle of the Dead - a satisfactory outcome for me, though I would like to survey the Myaskovsky sometime.

cloughie: I don't see what the time from date of order has to do with it. If they can't supply what you ordered you should get a refund, surely?

If they offered you a better deal that's fine, but I'm disappointed they refused a refund. (The legal time period after which you'd lose your rights would probably be 6 yrs under the Limitation Act!)

I have the said set in my 7digital download diary and in fact when burning the Rachmaninov preluded it with the original NBM!

You should get the Miaskovsky anyway! I paid £18 with Tidal

His Mozart concerto recordings were not as well received as his Beethoven but this set looks worth investigating.

Yes, I too checked with Presto prior to hitting the purchase now button. I already have far too many of the Abbado recordings for the bargain box to make sense for me.
