There are some pieces where I like to have different versions, so don't mind different conductors or orchestras. On the other hand, there are some works where I really don't need any more. Unfortunately, in collections the people doing the selections often choose the same pieces, with only a limited range of conductors or soloists. I really don't want JEG doing Beethoven 4 and 5th symphonies again, for example - though not sure if that's relevant to the current conductors box. For some composers I possibly don't want the "popular" works yet again - by any conductor.

I've been trying to focus more on new discoveries rather than new interpretations lately but this was too good to miss!

Too many direct duplications for me.

Another box from Germany is Stephen Kovacevich - https://www.amazon.de/Complete-Phili...hen+kovacevich 25 CDs. 36.99 Euros - plus postage.
An additional question - does Prime membership have any impact on "imports" from Germany (even if they actually come from Dunfermline, or somewhere else not so far away)?
