That is precisely the edition (same artwork, same catalogue number, also in jewel case) included in the boxed set that arrived today. They have simply boxed up 16 items (including 4 double albums) from their catalogue.

I bought the 2014 one for around £120 - can anyone tell me just how much better the later remastered version is over the previous one, if at all?

Prices for physical media have definitely gone up in the last few years.

There were some ridiculous bargains round about 2011-2012, many of them documented on this thread, but times haven't been so good since.

For Barenboim you mean the Staatskapelle Berlin not the Dresdener orchestra.
