I have this edition
which doesnt have libretti or synopses. I was just going by the amazon listing.I will not be pushed, filed, stamped, indexed, briefed, debriefed or numbered. My life is my own.
I am not a number, I am a free man.

There's also a Verdi box with I think 18 CDs for £8.99 from Selections, and a rather cheap Arthur Grumiaux box which I forgot to order. I may put in another order, as I also ordered some plastic bins, and I may need some more. Looks as though the Grumiaux box contains some older recordings - not necessarily all the later Philips ones, but could still be good.

I checked one of the boxes I bought years ago, and yes - it did have the libretto.
