So I've sent some more snotty negative feedback.
Am I right in assuming amazon will refund if necessary?

The Krauss Ring.
I e-mailed Amazon and have had a reply back saying that it is 'temporarily out of stock'. Problem with this is that it was most assuredly in stock on September 29 when I ordered and was thereafter (apart from a day or two) but is again showing out of stock. Amazon also included this in a promotional e-mail to me as being in stock so goodness knows how they are unable to fulfil my order. They are probably hoping that I get fed up with waiting and decide to cancel."The sound is the handwriting of the conductor" - Bernard Haitink

A few at least are 24 bit - and if you haven't used e-classical before very easy to download. The Brautigam Mozart (at less than £5.00 for 24/44 quality) is a delight.
Also looks as though one can purchase single tracks in a sensible way. Maybe I'll reacquaint myself with that incredible Japanese counter tenor.

Worth keeping an eye on
The Beethoven/Arrau sonata set is now £18.58
Another potentially interesting Beethoven sonata set comes from François-Frédéric Guy on Zig-Zag Territoires - £23.05 from Amazon.uk....
...but just €14.99 from Amazon.de (altho' note the dreaded 'not in stock').
The delivery appears to be just €3.38 so this is really competitive.
Also, the 9cd Decca box of Mozart concertos reported earlier is now down to just €7.37, again at Amazon.de.
