Not true! I ordered the EMI 'Mahler - Complete Works' that was mentioned on this forum and have had exactly the same response as Stephen, £20 gift card on its way.

It's a £15 voucher card for me apparently, although they say they'll refund me if they do eventually provide me with the box set I ordered. (Celibidache's Bruckner box on EMI). Sainsbury's obviously take their responsibilities very seriously indeed when it comes to Christmas/Consumermas.

Incidentally, I noticed the forthcoming Alia Vox/Savall release of Bach's Mass in B Minor is a few pounds cheaper at Sainsbury's than at the usual suspects.

theres a Bach Box with 157 CDs available at ebay, at the moment 50 Euro, 13,50 shipping to UK, 20 minutes to go; would be something around 50 Pounds alltogether

Just a very pleasant young woman who again apologised for the level of service and confirmed that will give a refund and voucher. I thanked them for the service I have had during the year and that the delayed delivery of my order was not a problem.
