Are you still having this problem? It sounds the same as the one I had using Internet Explorer 10, and was sorted by switching on "Compatibility Mode". If you are using the same browser, then you can switch on compatibility mode by pressing on the icon that looks a bit like a sheet of paper ripped in half horizontally in the address bar at the top left of your screen. The browser will remember this setting on subsequent visits to amazon's website.

Here's a link that gives more detail

    I hope this helps.
Thanks very much for this...I tried the ripped page symbol that you mention, but the problem on the Amazon page remains. Meantime, I still haven't heard back from Amazon and wonder if I will!

I had the same problem and Compatibility Mode fixed it for me. I hadn't thought of trying that. Thanks DaDa.
Surprising that Amazon have problems like this. They pride themselves on being so good at everything they do.

I'm glad to hear that it has worked for someone...sadly the product photos on the Amazon pages remain irritatingly enlarged each time I go there - making it impossible for me to read the descriptive text underneath. I'll post again if Amazon manage to resolve the problem for me.

          Hi MickyD,

Did you go to the amazon site first before turning on compatibility mode? I realise now that what I said didn't make it clear that this is what you have to do. Compatibility mode applies to the site the browser is looking at, rather than being a setting for the browser as a whole.

If that's what you did do already, then I'm afraid I'm out of ideas and can only wish you luck in finding a solution.

Looks like it's fixed it for me also, Da, thanks - big pic there but not covering useful text.
