I know there are other members who are far more computer literate than myself and I hope they can help me with this one. For the last few weeks, I have noticed that every time I consult a product on Amazon, the photo of the CD/DVD/Book etc is enlarged to the left of the screen, which renders the product description below illegible, and the enlarged photo is seemingly impossible to remove.
I put up with this for a while, but have this morning asked Amazon how to restore the photo to the usual size. They told me my cookies settings were probably at fault, gave me instructions as to how to delete them on Internet Explorer - I followed their instructions, only to find that ALL my items in my shopping basket had been deleted (carefully researched over a period of time) and the same problem of the enlarged product photo remains!
I wonder if any other members have noticed this feature of late, or is it just my computer which is doing it?
