Vilde Frang - Sibelius

A big thumbs up for Vilde Frang's Sibelius from me - there is a delicacy and sensitivity about her playing that is very appealing . She is not a standard modern virtuoso at all but there is plenty of fire and attack in the finale too .

The Humoresques are equally excellent as is the Prokofiev 1 which really glitters and sparkles .

Highly recommended . I do hope Warner will make more records with her now EMI has been taken over .

A touch widescreen for my tastes . I do enjoy many of Zino F's recordings though . His Beethoven with Walter is very good.
