I think I still have an active order from before Christmas 2012 - a set of Reginald Kell playing clarinet music. Is this a record?
[I shall ignore the obvious ... "no, it's a CD set."]
Probably a good idea to contact the seller; on the occasions when there has been a delay in fulfillment, I usually find that the seller has lost track of the order. Alternatively, they may have sent it and it's gone missing in the post.

Dave, I would still contact them via the email query option. That's obviously an automated response. Given the timeframe you have waited it is clearly ridiculous that they have not been able to provide you with an estimated delivery date. My best bet is that they never had the item in stock, thought they could source it from another supplier and when that didin't happen, just left your order hanging. Some of these marketplace sellers have software which enables them to show an item as in stock and at a lower price than competitors, even when they don't actually have the items on hand.
Sadly, I think you're going to have to bite the bullet, cancel and re-order elsewhere.
